Inhuman and unworthy.

It’s always amazing to me how many people are just fucking rude. So rude, in fact, that I’m appalled at their behavior. And let’s be quite clear, in many cases I’m rude (just read my opening line) but it’s not like I’m unaware of the situation. That’s important because self-awareness is the defining point of proving that you’re human.

Which is why I would posit that Richard Stallman is a steaming pile of fetid shit.

If he were human, he would have the ability to recognize that saying such horrible, evil, stupid, unworthy, and inhuman things as he apparently uttered after the death of Steve Jobs this week would be a good way to have absolutely no one, not one fucking human being on this planet ever, take him seriously or give him any more of their time.

In fact, this is the last time I’m wasting an iota of my life on such a disgusting, trivial, classless, moronic, disturbed and destructive waste of matter. I only ask the universe that he get hit by a falling toilet-freeze in the next few days as poetic justice for his actions.

Stallman is a fellow in the tech industry who wrote software long ago. He’s known for being gruff and insightful. He is widely thought to be the father of “free software”. Recently Stallman repeated an old Chicago mayor’s quote about not being glad Jobs was dead, but being glad Jobs was gone. We here in the valley that knew Jobs thought he was an asshole, and a murderously good capitalist. Man was honest, and for those who had to work with NeXT or Apple, he was right on target. Let’s face it, too many people worship Jobs to be honest about him. Oh well. I don’t see the problem. *shrug*

The day that Stallman creates something that can be used by anyone, then I’ll care what he thinks about someone who ushered in devices that truly democratized technology — and did it in ways that Stallman can’t even see because of his own ignorance. That’s all there is to it.
